In response to Defenderbender: What we post on eBay are SPECIALS, They are kit prices, and everyone still has the right to shop around. Quite often someone will call and ask if they can have a kit they've seen on eBay, and purchase it over the phone.
To everyone who reads this post: Roverparts is in a competitive business, and quite often, our competitors will leave malicious feedback on this site, posing as a shopper. So, if anyone wants to criticize, do so honestly, we can take it on the chin. But if it's a cheap shot, it will be removed.

Message: Message: I would like to share my recent good service experience with you. My Land Rover was ready for service and my mechanic made a list of parts he needed. I e-mailed the list to supplier in Ballarat. Soon after I received an invoice with a list of parts, with code numbers and technical description I could not understand. The sales person in Ballarat suggested I review the list with my mechanic and he will gladly revise the order. After showing the list to my mechanic he said I may need all the parts but he's not sure. So I paid for the goods and let Ballarat know of my payment. Next morning I noticed e-mail from ballarat supplier advising me that a refund is on it's way and they need my bank details. When I spoke to them on the phone, they told me that took a liberty to call my mechanic in Sydney, to make sure I am getting the right parts. After a long discussion they were able to reduce my list and my bill substantially, and would like to refund me immediately. I was absolutely amazed!

Message: I have just ordered parts for my Discovery Series 1. I am going to get it serviced up here in Newman, however the whole process of buying the parts was confusing to say the least until I found your site. I found your site to be cheaper than most others. Parts for us here in Newman are " as rare as hens teeth", so it was comforting to know that shopping for parts now is real easy.

Message: Genuine parts were cheaper by almost 50% on here compared to anywhere I could find in perth! also had them in my hands within 48 hours of ordering, friendly helpful staff! I will be a repeat customer for sure!
